Senator Sullivan
introduced Senate Bill 26-093, concerning workers' compensation insurance
coverage verification. The bill requires governmental entities to receive
signed declarations regarding workers' compensation coverage or rejection
of coverage for all applicants, general contractors, and subcontractors
before issuing a building or construction permit or license. He distributed
Amendments L.001, L.002, and L.003 to the committee (Attachments A, B,
