Story and Representative Jackson, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House
Bill 26-1130, concerning baby diaper changing stations in restrooms accessible
to the public. The bill requires buildings with public restrooms to provide
baby diaper changing stations and post signage. Representative Story provided
a handout (Attachment A) to the committee.
