Representative Espenoza and Representative Camacho, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 26-1084. The bill requires that specific language be included in ballot title language when a citizen-initiated measures does not identify sufficient revenue or specific programs and services to be reduced to pay for the cost of the measure. Representative Espenoza provided a handout (Attachment W) to the committee.
