Senator Cutter and
Senator Kipp, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 26-062. The bill
establishes prohibitions and permitted uses for rodenticides, updates pest
management requirements, and expands the conditions that constitute a deceptive
trade practice. Senator Kipp presented amendment L.001 (Attachment C) and
amendment L.010 (Attachment D). The chair allowed the committee to vote
on the amendments prior to taking public testimony. |
