26-1023, concerning clarification of a political party's liability for
certain accessibility requirements relating to ballot access for persons
with disabilities. The bill clarifies that a state political party is responsible
for ensuring that access to the ballot via the caucus process or an alternative
process be accessible to persons with disabilities. Representative Luck
explained amendments L.001 and L.002 (Attachments C and D). |
