Brendan Hanlon, Vice President for University Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Colorado State University (CSU),  introduced himself and discussed the memo CSU provided to the committee on the Laurel Village HVAC replacement project (Attachment A). Mr. Hanlon responded to questions from the committee. Mike Singleton, Associate Vice President, Capital Planning and Programming, CSU, also responded to questions. A CDC staff write-up on CSU's three cash requests is included as Attachment B.
