Representative McCormick, chair, discussed the status of the Ethic's Committee's activities and the evidence received to date. Christy Chase, Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS), discussed the status of the requests for evidence the committee made at its February 12, 2026, meeting and specifically noted that the Colorado State Patrol's response requested clarification from the committee. She reiterated that the deadline for the committee to make a finding of probable cause is February 26, 2026.
