Senator R. Pelton, prime sponsor, introduced and explained Senate Bill 26-028 Removal of Wind Energy from State Energy Goals. The bill removes wind energy as an eligible renewable energy resource and removes wind energy generation from consideration for Colorado’s clean energy targets.
