Senator Rich and Senator Snyder, co-prime sponsors, introduced and explained Senate Bill 26-025 Monument Records Placement Submission Maintenance. The bill allows land surveyors to set a reference monument when the required monument or marker is on a traveled road in a federal, state, or public right of way. The bill also requires land surveyors to submit monument records electronically.
