The primary bill
sponsors, Representatives Johnson and Feret, introduced House Bill 26-1096
to the House Health and Human Services Committee. The bill prohibits the
Department of Health Care Policy and Financing from denying Medicaid clients
the ability to enter into direct primary care agreements and places disclosure
requirements on providers entering these agreements.
