Senators Ball and
Bright, co-sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 26-019, which concerns changes
to local early childhood infrastructure, including expanding the responsibilities
and functions of early childhood councils to include certain responsibilities
and functions formerly performed by local coordinating organizations and
imposing new accountability requirements.They provided opening comments
and distributed a memorandum pertaining to the bill's fiscal impact (Attachment
C) and amendments L.001 and L.002 (Attachments D and E). |
