Chair Weissman noted that the members of the Committee should have received a memo detailing the procedures for the election of a Chair and Vice-chair and invited Christy Chase, Deputy Director of the Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS), to speak to the agenda item.

Deputy Director Chase informed the members of the Committee that the procedures are explained in the memo and stated she was happy to answer any questions.
