I move to authorize staff to begin the implementation of video livestreaming for all legislative committee meetings on a year-round basis beginning in January 2026, and to authorize the expenditure of up to $70,000 from the shared agency account of the Legislative Department Cash Fund to cover the $20,000 one-time installation fee and the $50,000 annual service fee required to enable this capability |
