Representative Roberts and Representative Van Winkle, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 20-126.  The bill prevents a common interest community from prohibiting a homeowner from operating a licensed family child care home, unless operating a licensed family child care home contradicts other association regulations such as landscaping or parking.
