Representatives Salazar and Sias, prime sponsors, presented House Bill 17-1308, concerning allowing individualized conditions of parole. Ms. Christina Rosendahl, representing the Department of Corrections, and Mr. Mark Evans, representing the Office of the State Public Defender, testified in support of the bill.
