The committee came back to order. Senators Lambert and Steadman, co-sponsors, presented House Bill 16-1422 which concerns financing public schools. A handout from Legislative Council Staff was distributed to the committee (Attachment B). Senators Lambert and Steadman discussed several provisions of the bill.
