02:25 PM -- Ms. Alicia Haywood, representing the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Haywood discussed overdose-related deaths, and prevention efforts.
02:28 PM -- Ms. Lisa Raville, representing the Harm Reduction Action Center and Colorado Organizations Responding to AIDS, testified in support of the bill. She discussed the need for the bill and similar legislation considered during prior legislative sessions.
