Senator Hill, sponsor, presented House Bill 16-1423 which concerns measures to maximize trust in the use of student data in the elementary and secondary education system. He distributed amendments L.008 and L.009 (Attachments A and B) and discussed several provisions of the bill. Senator Hill answered questions from the committee.
