Senator Marble, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-261 to the committee. The bill adds a condition for which a physician could prescribe an opiate for pain to the list of disabling medical conditions for which medical marijuana may be used. Committee members received a handout listing bill supporters [Attachment D].
