Senator Neville introduced Senate Bill 18-236, concerning requirements of the sunrise and sunset review process.  The bill requires the Department of Regulatory Agencies to presume that consumers are sufficiently protected by market competition and private remedies, and to create occupational regulations only where the department finds credible evidence for a present, significant, and substantiated harm to consumers.  Senator Neville also distributed Amendment L.001 (Attachment H).
