to the House Health and Human Services Committee. The bill repeals several
state-subsidized health care coverage programs for undocumented immigrants,
and state-funded abortion and gender-affirming care services. It also prohibits
the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing from reimbursing providers
that deliver medical services to undocumented immigrants, or deliver abortion
or gender-affirming care services. |
