Sander, prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 25B-1018, concerning the
adjustment of certain income tax credits. The bill makes the Family Affordability
Tax Credit nonrefundable, creates a process for prorating or eliminating
tax credits based on projections for state revenue, and significantly modifies
three existing income tax credits bill. Representative Garcia Sander provided
