Representative Caldwell and Minority Leader Pugliese, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 25B-1020, concerning additions to the definition of federal taxable income for purposes of determining a taxpayer's state taxable income. The bill repeals the state income tax addition for overtime compensation, and creates a statutory voter approval requirement for certain new state income tax additions.
