Senator Smallwood introduced Senate Bill 18-178, concerning insurance coverage for independent commercial vehicles.  The bill allows commercial truckers to carry private occupational accident insurance instead of workers' compensation insurance.  Senator Smallwood provided a handout and Amendment L.001 to the committee (Attachment E and F).
