The committee came back to order. Senator Martinez
Humenik, prime-sponsor, discussed the provisions of Senate Bill18-227 concerning
the continuation of the Pet Animal Care Facilities Act. She explained
the bill would preclude a sunset review of the Pet Animal Care Facilities
Act scheduled for this year. She requested that the bill be postponed
indefinitely. There was no testimony on the bill. |
