Representatives Hooton and Ransom, bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 19-013 to the committee.  The bill adds a condition for which a physician could prescribe an opiate for pain to the list of disabling medical conditions for which medical marijuana may be used.  Witness testimony on the bill was taken during the March 6, 2019, Health and Insurance Committee meeting.  Amendment L.004 was distributed to the committee (Attachment B).
