Senator Todd introduced Senate Bill 17-038. The bill prohibits practicing, advertising, or representing oneself as a home inspector without first registering with the Division of Professions and Occupations in the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). She distributed amendment L.001 (Attachment A). She discussed the 2014 sunrise review of the regulation of home inspectors conducted by DORA and responded to questions from the committee.
