Representatives Buckner and Michaelson Jenet presented House Bill 19-1302 to the committee, along with amendment L.002 (Attachment A) and handout (Attachment B).  The bill continues the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment and Prevention Program and Fund in the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing; creates the Underinsured Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program and Fund in the Department of Public Health and Environment; and increases and reallocates the Breast Cancer Awareness group special license plate surcharge.
