Senator Cooke introduced Senate Bill 18-139, concerning regulation of nicotine products.  The bill makes changes to state law related to the regulation of cigarette, tobacco, and nicotine products, the distribution of cigarette tax revenue, and the Tobacco Education, Prevention, and Cessation grant program.  He provided Amendment L.002 to the committee (Attachment B) and discussed the purpose of the amendment.  He responded to questions from the committee.
