Representatives Boesenecker
and Lukens, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 25-1303. The bill creates
the Crash Prevention Enterprise in the Colorado Department of Transportation
to provide grants for eligible projects intended to reduce certain motor
vehicle collisions. The sponsors distributed amendments L.006, L.007, L.008,
and L.009 (Attachments T through X) and responded to committee questions. |
