Senators Roberts and Winter introduced House Bill 25-1303. The bill creates the Crash Prevention Enterprise in the Colorado Department of Transportation to provide grants for eligible projects intended to reduce certain motor vehicle collisions.  The sponsors distributed a fact sheet to the committee (Attachment B).
