Senate Bill 19-083 to the committee. This bill repeals an obsolete
statutory provision requiring the State Board of Health in the Department
of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to supervise certain air quality
control programs. It also removes obsolete statutory references to
the Air Pollution Variance Board and the Air Quality Hearings Board. |
