Senators Crowder and Coram, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Joint Memorial 19-002, which recommends that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dredge a portion of the Lower Arkansas River. Senator Crowder distributed several photos to the committee (Attachment A).
