Jeff Hurd, representing Delta-Montrose Electric Association, testified in support of the bill.

The witnesses responded to questions from the committee.

Senators Coram and Fenberg wrapped up their presentation of the bill and asked for a favorable recommendation. They distributed a letter in support of the bill (Attachment B).
