bill sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1315, concerning a requirement
that carpooling service internet application owners register with the Department
of Transportation annually. Application owners must also make certain
disclosures to users about services provided. The bill limits charges
to application users and the number of carpoolers to receive services,
as well as the number of round trips per day that drivers may provide.
