Representative Arndt, bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 20-136.  The bill makes a number of changes to conform or repeal statutory provisions that are obsolete, out-of-date, in conflict with other provisions, incorrect or previously repealed.  Representative Arndt provided a handout to the committee (Attachment A). Representative Arndt answered questions from the committee.
