Representatives Catlin and Esgar, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1027, concerning authorizing Colorado State Patrol Port of Entry Officers to direct traffic.  This will be in addition to existing enforcement powers and will be helpful to local communities when special events occur, including floods or accidents.
