Dr. Kristy Hall, representing the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Lauren Pickens, representing Colorado Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Bethany Braunstein, representing herself, testified in support of the bill. The witnesses responded to questions from the committee.

Ginny Brown, representing the Department of Regulatory Agencies, testified in opposition to the bill. Mr. Michael Belz, representing the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc., testified in opposition to the bill. Mrs. Kayla Smith, representing herself, testified to amend the bill. Jennifer Lockwood, representing DORA/COPRRR, was available to answer committee questions. The witnesses responded to committee questions.

Ms. Greta Allen, representing Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Michael Ruddock, representing the Adams County Health Department, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Dianne Koehler, representing herself, testified in support of the bill.
