Representatives Garnett and Caraveo introduced House Bill 21-1317.  The bill requires a study of high-potency marijuana concentrates, and makes changes to state law related to physician recommendations for medical marijuana, the sale of medical marijuana, and the sale of marijuana concentrate.  Written testimony on the bill is included as Attachment A.
