Sens. Coleman and Lee introduced House Bill 21-1214.  The bill makes several updates to the sealing of criminal records; creates an automatic process to seal eligible drug convictions; and retroactively allows adults and juveniles to petition for relief from collateral consequences.  The sponsors distributed a handout to the committee (Attachment E).
