Representatives Valdez and Woodrow, co-prime sponsors, came back to the committee to discuss House Bill 25-1208 and amendment L.015 (Attachment A). The original hearing on the bill was March 3, 2025. The committee was provided with an fiscal note memorandum about the amendment (Attachment B). The sponsors also provided a fact sheet about the bill (Attachment C).
