Senator Moreno and Senator Lundeen, co-sponsors, presented Senate Bill 21-202, which concerns a transfer from the General Fund to the Public School Capital Construction Assistance Fund to provide grants for public school air quality improvement projects.  The co-sponsors gave opening comments on the bill and answered questions from the committee.

Brenda Krage, Superintendent of Fremont Re-2 School District, testified in support of the bill.

Douglas Bissonette, Superintendent of Elizabeth Schools, testified in support of the bill.

Elisabeth Rosen, representing the Colorado Association of School Executives, testified in support of the bill.
