Representative Sullivan, prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 21-1245 concerning the inclusion of on-track equipment in certain safety provisions that regulate railroad crossings.  The bill amends safety provisions to apply to equipment that operates on tracks.  This equipment must stop at the crossing to look before making their way through the crossing.  A written sheet was provided to the committee (Attachment B).
