Senator Scott, introduced Senate Bill 21-165, which would revise the Colorado Department of Transportation's (CDOT) project procurement methods. Senator Scott gave a PowerPoint presentation (Attachment B) that provided details on the bill including CDOT's current procurement process, CDOT's most recent audit, and the changes that the bill proposes.
