Senator Weissman introduced Senate Bill 25-157, concerning a deceptive trade practice standard.  The bill establishes what types of activity constitute an unfair trade practice. The sponsors distributed Amendment L.001 and three handouts to the committee (Attachment B, C, D, and E). Senator Weissman responded to questions from the committee.
