25-127 Optimizing Colorado Electric Transmission System. The bill requires
the Colorado Electric Transmission Authority to create a statewide electric
transmission plan. The sponsors distributed a handout on the bill (Attachment
C); Amendment L.001 (Attahcment D), a strike-below amendment; and Amendment
L.002 (Attachment E), which amends the strike-below amendment.
