Senator Woodward presented Senate Bill 21-168 to the committee. The bill prohibits the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission from requiring a hunting or fishing license to access a state wildlife area for individuals who are not hunting or fishing.  Written testimony on the bill is included as Attachment E.
