Representatives McCormick and Bradfield, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 21-1114, concerning the provision of Internet service by a school district to enable individuals associated with the district to access a school district network for learning.  The bill specifies that school districts are exempt from the requirements that a local government obtain voter approval and meet other requirements before providing advanced Internet access services.
