Senators Jodeh and Snyder introduced Senate Bill 25-160, concerning motor vehicle sales by manufacturer affiliates. The bill expands the definition of motor vehicle manufacturer to include affiliates and modifies manufacturer restrictions related to owning or operating dealerships and service centers. The sponsors distributed Amendments L.001, L.002, L.003, and L.005 (Attachments D, E, F, and G).
