The committee took a brief recess.

Representative Gray, prime sponsor, presented HB21-1061 concerning the definition of residential land for the purpose of property tax classification.  The bill changes the definition of "residential land."  To be considered residential land, adjacent parcels to current residential land must be titled in the same name and have a residence or  improvements that serve the residence.
